Per Board Member Wayne Galvin of the National Memorial Museum:
The Veterans Memorial Museum in Centralia, WA is the only bone-fide
Military museum in the world with a display dedicated to an ASA unit and the ASA in
general.
Take a look at http://www.veteransmuseum.org/asa.html
and then look at the Veterans Museum Website itself and take a virtual tour at http://www.veteransmuseum.org.
The Veterans Memorial Museum is not about military artifacts -- although we have literally
hundreds -- but it is about the personal stories of those who have served and are serving
our country in every era of US history. We are bursting the seams of our current facility
and are now in the first stages of building a 14,000 sq. ft. facility just off I-5 in
Southwest Washington State.
Send any personal ASA links to Nels Johnson at nbjohnson@erols.com.
